I work with this company as a graphic designer and throughout my probation I felt bullied so hard and felt helpless at times. Basically this manager is always demeaning and criticises every job that I do whereas other managers give good feedback about my artworks. Her emails are very rude and she has those narcissistic traits I've never seen in a person. Cut the story short every fricking day I always get bad feedback about her requests for artworks like I don't like it. Change it. Everything that i do is bad and my ideas and suggestions are always wrong Her briefs are always vague like please advise on concepts repeated whereas other requests i get a good brief on what to do.
She spent 6 months bad mouthing me with the ceo which is her best friend I heard until last week on friday while I was on leave they put out a new vacancy. Today I got called in and they said that they are investing in another designer but they didn't tell me if they are renewing my contract for full employment. They just told me that on friday they are going to let me know if they are proceeding with renewing the contract.
Do they really think I'm that stupid to continue working until the new employee comes in?
