I’m not expecting much, I’m a college student looking for a summer job. Basic fast food stuff, nothing fancy. Been following this sub for awhile and worked in fast food before, it sucks. Expectations were on the ground.
Well, shockingly, I got a same day reply for a job. They offered me an interview tomorrow, great right?
Wrong. They specifically offered it in the time I said I wasn’t available. Keep in mind I gave them a huge availability window, anytime after 1:30 pm bc I have a summer course that ends at 1 on weekdays and any time on weekends. They asked me to come in at 10:30am on a weekday.
The nice side of me says they’re just desperate and scheduled the interview at the soonest possible opportunity, the cynical side says they just want to see how much of my time they can push for.
