The bar is on the floor and employers are pulling out shovels

Been trying to settle into a decent job since I moved to a large city last summer. My area has a wide variety of jobs available and yet somehow none of them meet my (apparently unrealistic) standards. My impossibly high standards are as follows: pays at least $15, does not require intense physical labor, does not allow customers to straight up abuse me, and offers 30-40 hours in a mostly consistent schedule. I've worked in 4 different places since I moved here and not one of them paid fairly for the amount of work or verbal abuse (from customers and management!) employees were expected to put up with. I'm just trying to pay my bills without being in abject misery 40-50hrs out of every week. I thought I landed a decent job at Walmart, since it was mostly enjoyable for the first few months, but the turnover is insane and…
