Be the go to person. be the person willing to pick up shifts, work extra hours, and learn almost every detail of the job. They will start giving you all their work. Do their work for them. While they are slacking off leaving you with most of the work, find a way to cheat the system. put in fake results. steal office supplies and/or claim less inventory than there is. Learn the system so that you know what you're doing in a way you won't get caught. catch some other people doing stuff they're not supposed to and just sweep it under the rug or tell them that you didnt see anything. If you're ever caught, the manager won't really fire you because you're doing too much of their work. If you can keep it up and learn enough skills for a better job and can get it, go for it and when you get it, just leave the mess behind for them to have to clean up.
