The Biden NLRB has just de-facto ended the right to strike by ordering the Warrior Met strikers to pay back $13.3M in damages, including the cost of surveilling the strikers and of lost production time.

This is WILD. The @NLRB Region 10 board (which covers GA, KY, and Ala.) has ordered the @MineWorkers to pay $13.3 MILLION in costs to coal bosses Warrior Met, where workers have been on strike for the past 16 months. If upheld, this will hurt all U.S. workers’ ability to strike pic.twitter.com/JJyBCtY1Np— Kim “FIGHT LIKE HELLOut Now!” Kelly (@GrimKim) August 3, 2022
