Today, June 21st 2022, (TWO DAYS AFTER JUNETEENTH):
Josh [Redacted] (Director Of Training at the Tampa Bay office of Spectrum, a Charter Communications company) decided it was appropriate to tell all employees training under him in a WebX call (video call) “the company OWNS you” when they expressed discontent after being told BY HIM that any and all time spent on bathroom trips should be deducted from their eventual 15 minute breaks.
Josh was pulled aside by an unnamed, unseen party and later in the day proceeded to apologize ONLY to black members of the team. As if the remark he made would only be offensive to them.
Ive refrained from including his last name, as I suspect it may violate this subs rules. I am posting on a throwaway account, as to protect my identity.
PS: can someone get back to be on the last name thing?
