So after being taken advantage of in my current warehouse role for the past 2 years and management criticising me and my colleagues behind our backs (and sometimes to our faces) about performance. When we were working as hard as anyone would in a product packing position. But coincidentally a few people are all leaving at once and the owners are going to be in for a reality check! Meanwhile I've landed a new job with almost double the pay, ongoing training, less physical labour and with a company that seems to communicate well and treat their employees better.
