Just gave this a re-read a few nights ago, thought the folks here might enjoy it. It's a series of essays breaking down all employees into three groups, Sociopath leadership, Clueless middle management, and exploited Losers. (Losers in the sense that are paying a losing bargain, not in the sense that word usually means.) It helps if you've seen The Office, but that is not a requirement as all relevant references are lined out in this paper.
Read all six parts for maximum understanding, but even Part 1 can be quite eye opening for those not in the know. Enjoy!
