The guilt of quitting a job with nice boss and coworkers

I'm being paid just two bucks above minimum wage at a tech support position. Luckily my boss is nice and my coworkers are friendly and now I am applying to another job for better pay and this guilt is killing me. Like “damn the tool you in when you had no experience and are leaving?” Like these thoughts just came out of nowhere and ove never had them since all my jobs in the past where horrible
