The hotel I work front-desk for had no AC (warmest summer in the history of Valencia) during the months of July and August…

Management, maintenance and the CEOs all delayed the repairs for as long as they could because it was a pretty expensive fix. Then our manager has the nerve to send us an e-mail saying ownership has been looking into our booking.com score (we lost one decimal point due to this issue) and how it must be our fault for not making the post check-in phone calls (phone calls in which we ask our guests if everything is fine in the room –when we knew it was NOT–), ends the e-mail with “I trust I don't have to say this twice”… Meanwhile, front-desk is the only department that gets 10s across the board in all reviews.
