Has anyone ever received an interview after applying through indeed specifically using the “apply through indeed”. Where it only takes a few seconds to apply.
Important I am not talking about a recruiter reaching out to you, or when you have to be redirected to the company website to fill some stuff out.
Or has anyone received an offer?
I swear there is customer service roles sometimes with 30 applicants, sometimes with 600 applicants, I have applied to maybe 100-200 jobs I would say 80% I’m qualified or over qualified and nothing.
I have received a couple interviews after recruiters reached out to me, and I have done a little better when going to company websites but is indeed literally there for absolutely nothing?
Are all these jobs fake, and companies just looking to get their PPP loans forgiven by not hiring?
Are we actually in a workers market?
