The indoctrination starts early….

I’m in a bachelors program with the word “management” in it, so of course I have to take a class about managing employees. One of the discussion topics is, verbatim: “As a manager or supervisor, what can you do to help discourage your staff from voting for union representation? Why are managers and supervisors important in day-to-day life of an organization that has happy and satisfied employees? How can this prevent unionization?” I have never wanted to vomit more after reading something in my life.
