The legality of Raw sewage backup in Department store

I don’t even know where to post this, my large department store (Midwest clone of Walmart) was literally leaking sewage from pipes around the store and the back toilets flooded the toy department and while the water has gone there’s still shit smears around and a disgusting puddle with flies behind our electronics/photo counter. No one seems to give a crap and just placed wet floor signs everywhere. This is in Indiana is it even legal to keep this store open?? At least tie off some departments I can see streaks from where people have ran their carts through, and yes we carry groceries! And advice on who to report this to would be great, we’ve had a plumber in but it’s not helping.
