The manager told me it was alright to come into work with Covid

So I work at an airport and was told I was fine and to come into work since the manager talked to his higher-ups and was told it was alright for me to come in. I told this manager that I was still coughing and that I was still positive with the Omnicron virus but I was told that I was fine and that I could just wear two masks, what are your thoughts on this? I never thought our company would let me back even with the virus.
