I work at a third party vendor at Best Buy. I’m good friends with most of the blue shirt employees. This morning, one that I frequently talk to explained how the store manager pissed everyone off. There are Total Tech memberships and there’s a raffle for whomever can sell the most. The more sign ups, the more entries. The winner gets a $10 gas card as a reward if they win. Sounds good right? Well. Not so much. Because the store manager accidentally bragged that if the store gets a certain amount, he will receive a $20,000 bonus. Safe to say, some people quit after this discovery.
