The never ending cycle of needing experience to get a job but needing a job to get experience…

So I work in a shitty low paid warehouse job that I absolutely despise so as much as I’m all for being anti work I’m also under no illusions that I’ll still have to work until the day I die. With that being said I decided to learn something over lockdown and gain a qualification in the hopes that if I do have to suffer the torture of full time work I might at least be able to do something that pays the bills. No such luck though, even after passing a bunch of exams in the financial services industry I’ve been rejected for every job I’ve applied for because I don’t have experience. These jobs are entry level roles paying minimum wage (less than I get working my warehouse job).
