… the administration at the former elementary school seems to just ‘manage people out’ based in some agenda, and the latter is useless in actually helping the individuals being managed out. So basically, the authority figures/administration makes up a story about you, you get fired or ‘discontinued’, and when you are supposed to be provided with an advocate and a hearing process from the union, you just get noncommittal emails and then, oh we’ve suspended all hearings indefinitely, no explanation. It feels like toxic bullying for the individual worker. Ugh.
