the other shoe finally drops. i knew this was too good to be true

So my work has decided to give a substantial raise across the board that is above average in our field. There wasnt any sign of a catch…..until today. My department announced that they wore changing their training and compentecy. Weve always had training but this is to a whole another level. For starters Theyve switched the software our training modeules are on starting in January. The old one you could go back and retake the test and see where you went wrong. You now have to take a test for every single task you are trained on and fail once and you go into something called “education mediation” with management. The other thing is that theyve now gone to a 3 tier system based on tasks(tier one being the easiest jobs, tier 3 being the most advanced jobs) and they say there's is room for advancement which i feel is…

I dont have a problem with compentecy training but I feel this is a bit much. What do you guys think?
