How am I supposed to go to work 8AM-5PM 5 days per week, get all of the mortgage documents squared away, concentrate on my job without getting stressed on the process, and also make time to tour homes that I’ll likely get outbid on?
It’s one thing to be able to afford to get a mortgage. But it’s near impossible to act on actually getting said mortgage.
Needless to say I was ultimately denied (job length) but my time wasted in the long run.
Why do things work this way? This is absurd and I’m sick of it. Damned if you do, damned if you don’t. I ain’t getting a mortgage anytime soon as I now have to try to keep my job after efforts from this because I have to take time off work to get shit done.
