The restraunt industry sucks ass

I worked at a big franchise restraunt ( dishpit, prep cook , line cook) , we were ranked in the top 10 in the country . The amount of work I did there was not worth it for minimum wage , the only pro was there was shared tipping so depending on your hours you would make decent tips but most people would just use tips for dinner . I’m interested to hear from those who have worked in restraunts as well and the bullcrap you had to deal with for min wage
