Im posting this at a time where the least amount of people are on cause i dont want a lot of people seeing. Im not the discussion type.
So i have this thing personally in my life i go through.
If im not working for a while i lose my mind doing nothing. I can only be home for so long before i start to get anxious and depressed.
How do i fix that?…. i start working again..
When i work my brain starts to chemically get back to normal… But what happens after a while of working?… I start to get stressed and anxious. How do i counter that? … I stop working and my brain goes chemically back to normal… Its a cycle of shit.
Long story short i found the problem is how much i work a week and not having to go through valleys of on and off work.
For most people its different but peace comes from simply finding balance in your life. I tested myself and found out that if i work 2-3 days a week instead of 5-6 i keep myself perfectly balanced and perfectly happy.
It absolutely varies between people. Some people prefer to work more days in a week, their brains like that extra activeness. They go crazy after a 1 week vacation. Some people can only work 2 days a week and its already too much.
Ultimately what i am saying is i know most of you cant change your schedules or else you cant afford to live. Im just making it clear that your unhappiness can be fixed by working less and finding your personal balance vs outright quitting. Cause doing nothing is just as bad.
Balance is everything. Dont think something is wrong with you. We're all wired differently. Have a good day :]
