I heard this phrase 3 times today. I did everything I was suppose to do. Got a job, paid my taxes, bought insurance. It will cost me $750 a MONTH just to see a therapist. Plus the $300 for the insurance alone. I will pay 1/4 of my income just to get my broken brain fixed.
Why are we doing this to ourselves? No amount of therapy is going to fix the stress of trying to afford that.
This needs to stop. We can not work our asses off for bosses and companies that are just out to make grotesque amounts of money so we can literally suffer. You are telling me that one of the nations largest employers cannot afford a decent health plan? I bought the best plan offered!!
This sucks. Thanks for listening I needed to vent before I, you know, went back to work.
