The U.S. Government collected $3.71 trillion in taxes FY 2020. A $1,000/month universal basic income would cost $3.96 trillion/year if given to all 330 million Americans. Let’s discuss some logical solutions to pay for this. Gov tax revenue would have to double for this to work. Ideas?
