I am a 23 yr old women, working with strictly women in a service based industry. They’re all older than me, many of them have worked here for 10+ yrs,
It’s so weird.. strictly working with women who truly act like “bitchy women”.. what are the odds? They All get through the world similarly, stomping their feet with back handed comments as they’re only way to communicate when there’s any issue
All I hear is cackling from the bosses office, and low whispers. They bluntly make fun of people, and treat many of the new staff (including me) like we’re small, or incompetent.
Just wanna get it off my chest, I don’t see a way of solving this, it’s already set in stone
