There are almost 8 BILLION people on this planet so if there is one thing we don’t have a shortage of it’s labour!

Title says it all, almost 8 billion people on this planet, assuming a rough half are of working age / health and they all worked an average of 40 hours a week that's an insane 160 BILLION man/woman hours (most people cannot even begin to imagine a number that large!) This is almost certainly the highest it has even been in human history due to the constantly improving healthcare and increasing global population.

Not only that but our level of technology is also the highest it has ever been making each of those working hours significantly more productive than at any point in human history.

Today, we have the MOST productivity in hours and the MOST efficiency in productivity that we have ever had as a species.

There is literally zero labour shortage!

There is a pay shortage, a respect shortage, a taxes on the rich shortage, a honest government shortage, a distribution of productivity shortage, a useful work shortage, but there is no labour shortage!
