There are more temp jobs at corporate level lately

Been seeing A LOT of supply chain manager jobs offering a 4-6 month contract. I am strictly looking at remote jobs. I thought to myself, “well maybe they want you to work and make sure you can do a good job from home, and then they will sign you”…. Then I interviewed for one of these shitty jobs. I found out they want you to work with literally base salary pay, but they are not going to give you benefits, or insurance. They say that comes after the 6 month contract is completed and they decided to go forward with an offer. SO THEY ARE NOW NOT EVEN OFFERING BENEFITS! Its getting out of hand, and i have already decided im taking 2-3 jobs at 1 time if they are going to play this damn game. Anyone been seeing this lately? This is strictly at the corporate level.
