I made this for it shortly before I left. ← THIS RIGHT HERE: this is why nursing employees need private lactation spaces and fridges. → I saw a white board, that my bosses failed to erase, listing pros and cons to promoting one of my coworkers. Included on the cons list were some factors (appearance, age, “slow”, etc.) that i think are discriminatory and it’s been bothering me. Should I bring it up to with my boss?
