For those who may not know (we didn't, found out the hard way). This country is a joke. Fully vaccinated + boostered, not that bad but have to be out sick, wouldn't be a big deal if I wasn't one of the millions of Americans living paycheck to paycheck.
It was all made worse by my HR who said “I know what you're going through because so many people have said this to me too” maybe if enough of your employees complain about being paycheck to paycheck/don't want to be off extended times due to it……maybe pay them more?? Set up covid pay?? Actually be a human resource, and not a corporate pawn? (I know HR is not meant for the employees, before people start mentioning that, just always ironic because “human” is in the name)
