I put in my 15 days notice period 9th of this month. My boss told me that I will have to serve 75 days because my contract says so. But the company policy says you need to do 15 days while on probation.
I asked my boss to do it 15 days, he refused stating I am handling some critical projects. After that I talked to some employees and coincidentally 2 old employees resigned in the next week. Now the boss is paranoid that I convinced them to leave. They asked me to leave on the 20th day and shortened my notice period by 55 days.
