They changed the office I work out of, now my commute is 12.5% of the day

My job changed my work location, and now my previous semi-hybrid job is mostly in-office with a roundtrip commute of 2.5-3 hours… What steps should I be taking? Because of the pandemic, I moved in with my parents to save money. I lived close to the city, but my work location was like a 40 minute drive, and that didn't change when I switched to living with my parents. With the pandemic, I've been activated for national guard duties and away from my normal role. Now I'm with a much larger team which seems cool, but I don't know how I fit into the larger picture just yet, and my commute went from a 40 minute thing to anywhere from 1hr to 1hr30m to go in… And leaving seems to always be 1hr30m or worse. These commutes are exhausting me. And my limited understanding of FLSA does not cover any hotel stays for me, nor does it get me any paid mileage? Are there any steps I should be taking? My commute is literally like 12.5% of my day now.
