It was supposed to be full remote WFH position. The position job listing said it was mostly customer service work and working the phones when there’s theft or issues at JCP stores. I was also told no weekends. Not only are we expected to do weekends, but they are making it fully in person starting in January, and it’s a long drive for me. Also, we are supposed to find cases online of employees stealing and committing fraud for the company, which was not listed as our job responsibility on the application. And they keep track of who gets what cases and for what dollar amounts and get into you for production. So needless to say I quit today when my supervisor bitched about “only” having 22 cases put in, which was the most of anybody. She was bitching about me while I was in the middle of phone call for a break in…so I told her to pound sand.
It’s an entry level position for $18 an hour, I’m not going to put up with that bs
You cannot get more unprofessional then trying to start a fight with you when you’re literally talking on the phone with the client lol
