Things are so ass backwards

I cannot understand the mentality of management or owners that YOU are responsible for being motivated to do a job you get nothing in return for. How can you not consider that employees are only as motivated as much as you are paying them. I am seeing a lot on here of bosses freaking out about people not putting in maximum effort 24/7. When you don’t pay enough to cover bills or rent, people are going to constantly be distracted bottom fucking line. When you don’t provide healthcare or sick days, people are going to be distracted. When you don’t pay enough for proper childcare, people are going to be distracted. Unless you’re paying over $30, equivalent to a living wage nowadays, with benefits and retirement then fuck off with any bitching. My job always ask for “fresh ideas,” like wtf universe are you people living in? Are you paying…

If you went to business school and you can’t manage a company budget wherein you are able to run your business AND pay your employees appropriately YOU’RE the loser, not the employee.
