Doesn't seem to matter how many stats we put in their face. Nor does it matter how badly we show them our employer abusing us. They are immature and fervently guard their resources from us.
Fortunately for us, there is a necessity in this country that we continue to work. The brittle bones of boomers and gen xers are coming to fruition very quickly, it terrifies them. We will have their power here soon, whether they like it or not.
I say to you other young people, relish in the fact that they are stuck with us. There is no one else to do their shitty work, and you have the leverage. Use it.
This subreddit gets a lot of shit for people being entitled and lazy. But we've earned it, be the parasites they treat us like.
