Got hired for a job Monday noon. Was told the hours were from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM but training was at 9 AM on the next day, Tuesday, so I went in. Most people walk in at 9 and leave by 11, break time, because of how terrible the manager handles things. I stayed there for a month.
Backstory. No ONE wants to work there.
The job is hard. No, extremely hard if you're a guy. Hardly any breaks. -5 minutes before and after break has started. Sometimes. What do I mean by that? A 15 minute break meant 3-5 minutes getting your gear off before break, and 3-5 minutes before the end of your break. So. 15min break = 5 min break. A 30 minute break= 20 minute break. Awesome sweet sauce.
I've let anyone and everyone since know what they may be getting into with this idiotic company in the “oH sO gReAt” Permian Basin (Midland/OdesASS) Area job. Dumb as fuck that's what it is.

Don't get me wrong. I wasn't the “FASTEST” employee, not by a long shot given that you were comparing a less than a month ago employee to a 4 month to a 3 year employee, but..good managementz dumbfuck.
Yep. I will say I was late twice. Both of which I called in. Then a third time when I LITERALLY could not get up to go to work because of all the work you made me do basically crippling me. The usual putting guys to do “extra” work because…well…”we're stronger” mentality. Bitch…I have a fucked up back which you knew about and I specified beforehand.
