This is gross, right? Boss wants us to work harder to up sales and is ‘rewarding’ us with a $100 gift card… If you want workers to work harder, you should pay us more than $15.00 an hour. Or at least provide us with the proper sales training. Every employee I work with has two jobs just to pay rent.
