So this is how the hierarchy chart at my work goes. Read from lowest to highest.
Us – Talking with the consuners, dealing with the people, listening to all their sh*ts and still smiling and replying.
Support – ??
Supervisor – Roaming around and only providing some datas to us to work with.
Senior management – Roaming around the women aisles and laughing more than half the work hours.
Upper management – Sitting on their desks and using their personal cell phones all day long.
And we are the least payed. What are we even doibg and why. Just to suffice some basic needs. Bleh!
