This is why I am not getting any job offers

I had an interview last week with one of the largest restaurant franchisees in America. At the end of the interview the girl asks me, so do you have any other questions? I asked this: What do you find is the most important thing that an applicant can do to move forward in the interview process with your company? She replied: I am not sure. My job in HR is to interview 30-40 applicants a week. Even if we aren't hiring, even if you aren't qualified, I get paid to hit a quota. I schedule my interviews, then mark the file interviewed by HR. I move onto my next interview.
