This made me angry. The sheer audacity.

This is an email from a SLUM LORD who regularly asks employees to violate the fair housing act, refuses to pay staff a fair wage and CONSTANTLY has excuses for why things can't be taken care of in a timely manner. Has definitely stolen commission and time from employees and regularly uses them for personal tasks. Team, I would like you all to look at the Core Values, and each day make sure we are using these core values in everything we do! These core values are Fundamental Values that will Make our office a welcoming place for all and assist us in living a life worthwhile in and out of work! I would like you all to look at the Core Values, and each day make sure we are using these core values in everything we do!

These core values are Fundamental Values that will Make our office a welcoming place for all and assist us in living a life worthwhile in and out of work!

Integrity- The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness

Whatever It Takes- Anything, including measures which may be extreme, that is required to achieve a goal/task.

Servants Heart- To have a mindset or a desire to serve others selflessly and sacrificially, regardless of your feelings towards them or what it may cost you.

Team Player- A person who plays or works well as a member of a team or group.

60 More- When you feel you have given 100% you may have 60 more!

Extreme Ownership- The Practice of owning everything in your world, to an extreme degree. It means you are responsible for not just those tasks which you directly control, but for all those that effect whether our mission is successful.

Raving Fans- When the people we serve (customers, vendors, community) are so happy with the service we provide, that they become fans. Make sure you're making fans!

While I'm at no liberty to manage how you live outside of work, I strongly suggest these things become a part of YOU on and off the clock if they aren't already. Each day use these values in each task and conversation you hold, and see the difference it will make.
