This sub is actually lowering my standards for work

After reading all of your horror stories day after day, it's lowering my standards for what I consider to be base level employee relations and I've decided to leave this subreddit. I worked in retail and in the restaurant industry for a very long time and the subreddit is full of the worst of the worst stories, most of these stories you would probably be able to actually sue if you had enough money to afford a lawyer. Fucking sucks that working has come to this. The subreddit makes me depressed beyond fucking belief. I wish we weren't financially and medically tied to our jobs as much as we are because anybody who's posting on here should probably just be quitting their fucking job and looking for something way better because putting up with it is what allows people to have these standards.
