This sub has such a never ending shit show of horrible bosses and working situations that at any given day it provides numerous reasons to be grateful about your own situation.
It’s also incredibly useful in understanding the other people working in your immediate surroundings/work life and how they may respond to or perceive things.
It is way fucking harder out here than I had ever imagined.
Really I think managers and people in positions of authority in corporations understood the end results and conditions many live in due to their policies.
