There are a ridiculous amount of people who follow and are active in this sub and it sometimes seems pretty irresponsible for people to be giving advice here when often times the OP does not communicate where they are in the world.
Labour laws vary from country to country, and even within the country different places have different laws.
Maybe a flair system could be implemented for people posting looking for help to share their general location so that perhaps people in the same areas of the world can give advice that is actually useful and relevant?
Or a post template could be required for titles in situations where people seeking help and advice like:
[Canada][ON]My boss just fired me… what should I do next?
