Thought I found a good job

Yesterday I applied to a job and scheduled a interview for today. Shortly after scheduling I received a call from a manager wanting to interview right then and there so I said yes. He asked what I make I said $22hr and he said it would be rough to match that (first red flag). Then went on to explain the job and had a story on how he got frostbite didn't tell the company and wishes he did but that's what kind of worker he is (second red flag). Then goes on to say he needs people to put the company first and that overtime is where the employees get paid (third red flag). No PTO 50-60 hr a week and no per-diem ( job requires lots of traveling). I feel like a jerk for turning it down but work/life balance means a lot to me and I'm sick of…
