Thoughts on this?
This is coming from a skilled nursing facility with severe staffing shortages in every department. Facility offers premium free benefits for full time and pays $19 + $2.35 MI state supplemental pay/hr for CNAs. Most employees are being mandated for doubles about once every week (with $150 bonus for full mandate, $75 for half mandate), and most of the facility is frustrated by seemingly “pointless layers of administration.” Didn’t blot out the name because it’ll easily pop up on a google search and is publicly available.
