thoughts on the ethics of this?

Alright, so I work at a grocery store near where I live. I also have severe ADHD/ADD but am unmedicated for personal reasons. I also am a super people pleaser. Theres your context, onto the story. I applied for a job as a cashier at my local grocery store in May of this year, and I got the job. Its a franchise so the owner is my direct boss. I met her and her husband and thought they were super chill and nice. They're only a few years older than me. They recently hired 3 new managers so they themselves dont have to be in the store to actually run it. Which, I mean, is fine and all. But here's where the question of ethics comes in. My boss has been looking at the security feed from her phone, at home, trying to catch me and my other coworkers slacking or doing something we arent supposed to do (like sit, or take 3 seconds of time to compose ourselves). I have gotten 2 write ups so far already. And its all been because of her watching us from home.

I got in trouble most recently because I was “idle for too long”. Guess what I was doing? Waiting for a customer (which I made eye contact with) to rush to my till. Because I wasnt being productive within those 30 seconds it took him to be served.

I hate this place.
