So as title says my manager threatened my job and physically intimidated me at the start of June, she did this in front of her manager who's the department head. No discipline has been given. I've asked constantly for something to be done, something as simple as her apologising to me, but keep getting told they're working on it but I'm at the end of my tether. I don't know what to do or how to proceed. The department head (her manager) told me not to go to HR about it so I'm stuck. I've been stressed since this happened and can't work through it anymore. Anyone have any advice? If It helps I'm in the NHS.
