My boss is very controlling and micromanages wherever he can. He believes that he is untouchable and rarely leaves his office when anything happens. If he does react it’s almost always met with him just standing there looking at us. Today a few of our coworkers retaliated to his policy on OT and were threatened by him that our evaluation was coming up and to be careful. I’m glad I only have a few months left here.
