I work in food service at Target. First, they scolded me for complaining about my hours being wrong. Then, they demanded I go to the doctor to get “accomodations” despite knowing I cannot get into the doctor that soon. Then, they scheduled me past my availability and took away the stress mats (illegal). And now because I got sick from the stress and just in general, they are threatening to fire me because I won't handle food and beverages while sick (also illegal).
So, Target wants sick people to handle your food.
I'm quitting and reporting the shit out of them for all the stuff they've put me through.
