Had some pushy person call me earlier about a job, oh congratulations you've got an interview (had to fake enthusiasm).
Next stage is 3 interviews with 3 different people!
I goes nope, I don't do 3 stage interviews.
Recruiter was like this is policy, this is the norm, don't you want the job blah blah blah.
I goes well considering you do recruitment every day you must see first hand how ridiculous it is that despite being clearly qualified for the job, that having 3 interviews with 3 different people is absolutely ridiculous and its massive red flag to me, considering I've had no interaction with them and this is my first impression.
Therefore, interview declined – I don't want to work with them.
Proceeded to beg me to interview, called me back saying that they'd do a 2 stage princess.
Nope, declined.
