TIL That all 501c3 release forms call 990’s and from there you can tell how much some Chief Officers are making at nonprofits

Not a tax expert. I've noticed this pattern from “nonprofits” telling new hires that their margins are very slim. I did not know about Cause IQ- Directory of nonprofits, associations, foundations, and other organizations | Cause IQ They do a great job summarizing this information. For example I learned that the small company I am at with only 15 employees which reports having no money for training, materials, or support pays their CEO 100k and their husband 30k. All while riding that slim margin and bringing in about 1 million in revenue a year. My problem is not that someone is keeping 100K as much as it is all the billable positions are suffering while nonbillable upper management refuses to purchases training materials that consumers need.
