So I put in for two whole days (gasp) over Christmas. My father passed very recently and my mom is flying over from Europe to be with my sister and I for our first Christmas without him.
The time was denied for no other reason other than I’m taking too much time off. I have only taken a week off because I had Covid in august. That was standard and not my choice. And I took 3 days off when my father passed.
I have 4 days off in October to go visit a friend of mine out of state, this the ONLY scheduled time off I have put in for.
Am I being too sensitive about being really pissed off at this?!
Yes I’m in the states… yay me. Also in the veterinary field
